What is LiHO TEA Club?
LiHO TEA Club is a specially-designed loyalty program for LiHO TEA customers. It includes special rewards & benefits that are exclusive to club members only.
Does LiHO TEA App has Welcome Offers for New Users?
New User can enjoy Buy 1 FREE 1 Voucher + FREE 30 LiHO Points + RM3 Welcome Voucher. This voucher will be auto push to your account and each transaction user is allowed to apply One (1) voucher only. LiHO Besuto Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions of this voucher at any time.
Where is the voucher stored?
You can view your FREE voucher in the “My Rewards” page under "Rewards" tab in the App.
What is the validity of the Welcome Offers?
Buy 1 FREE 1 Voucher and RM3 Voucher is valid for 90 days from your registration date.
Why didn’t I receive the Welcome Offers?

What is the value of LiHO points?
Every RM1 spent is equal to 1 LiHO point.
How do I earn & redeem my LiHO points?
You can earn LiHO points by spending at LiHO TEA outlets. You may redeem vouchers using your LiHO points in the App under the "Rewards Catalogue" section.
Will my LiHO points expire?
Yes, LiHO points will expire if there are no transactions made within 1 year from your last transaction. To extend your LiHO points validity for another 1 year, you just need to perform at least one transaction before the expiry date.

What is a LiHO TEA Club tier?
LiHO TEA Club tier is a level that determines the benefits you enjoy as a member. The higher your tier, the greater the benefits are.
How do I upgrade my tier?
Earn the required amount of LiHO points (refer to the table below) within 1 year to upgrade your club tier. Your 1-year period will start from the day you enter a tier.

How do I maintain my Tier?
You are required to maintain your tier by earning the minimum LiHO points required (refer to the table below) within a 1-year period. Your 1-year period will start from the first day you enter a tier.

Can my tier be downgraded?
Yes, your tier will be downgraded by 1 level if you do not earn the minimum LiHO points required to maintain it within the period of 1 year (see scenario below).

How do I track my LiHO points status & tier progress?
You may track your tier progress and LiHO points validity period in the app under the "Current Tier" page or "Account" page.
I am qualified to move to next tier, but the tier hasn’t changed?

How do I reload my LiHO Credits?
You can reload LiHO credits with credit/debit cards, eWallet and online banking via the LiHO TEA App.
Where can I use LiHO TEA credits?
LiHO TEA credits are valid for use at all LiHO TEA outlets.
Will my LiHO TEA Credits expire?
Your LiHO TEA Credits are valid for 2 years upon each reload.
What can my LiHO TEA Credits be used for?
Your LiHO TEA Credits can be used to purchase drinks at LiHO TEA outlets & collect available stamps in the app.
Will I be able to collect LiHO points if I pay using LiHO Credits?
Yes, you are able to collect LiHO points when you pay using LiHO Credits.
How do I collect Stamps?
Show and get your unique barcode scanned by your Tearista during your purchase. A stamp will then be auto-credited into your LiHO TEA Club account.
Where can I collect stamps?
Stamps can be collected using LiHO TEA credits at any LiHO TEA outlet.
How do I collect ‘Buy 10 FREE 1’ Stamps?
Just purchase 10 LiHO TEA drinks within 6 months using LiHO TEA Credits to collect stamps for the ‘Buy 10 FREE 1’ reward. You may view & track your stamp collection progress in the Rewards section of the app.
Am I able to collect Stamps if I pay using cash, card, or e-wallet?
No. Only purchases using LiHO TEA Credits are eligible for Stamp collection.
How long is the validity of the Stamps?
Kindly refer to the individual stamp stated in the Stamp section in-app.
I have successfully collected 10 Stamps but have not redeemed my FREE drink. Will the reward expire?
Yes. The reward will expire in 90 days.
Can I accumulate Stamps if I redeemed using promos or vouchers?
Yes, purchases with promotion/ voucher redemption are eligible for Stamp collection.
When will I receive my FREE birthday surprise?
Gold, Elite, and Legend tiers will receive a FREE birthday surprise in the app at the start of their birthday month.
How do I view my FREE birthday surprise?
You can view your available birthday surprise on the “Active Rewards” page in the Rewards section of the app.
Will I get a birthday surprise if I register for my birthday month?
Yes, if you register during your birthday month and attain Gold tier or higher, you will receive a birthday surprise.
Where do I browse rewards and vouchers for redemption?
You may browse and redeem rewards/vouchers in the "Rewards" section of the app.
How do I use the vouchers I have redeemed from the Rewards section?
Open the voucher in the “Active Rewards” page in the "Rewards" section of the app, and show the barcode to Tearista upon ordering at any LiHO TEA outlet; Tearista will then scan it to complete the redemption.
Will my redeemed voucher expire?
Yes. Please refer to the information displayed on the voucher for the expiry date.
When do I need to collect my order?
You can choose your pickup time. Your drink will be ready then, so please make sure to arrive at the outlet at your selected time.
How do I know if the "Order" service is available in my area?
After you launch the LiHO TEA's App and select "Order", simply tap to choose from the list of available stores.
Can I modify/ cancel my order?
Once you have paid for the order, you cannot modify/ cancel it. If you would like to order more, you can start a new order.
Can I change my Pickup option once the order is placed?
The collection method that you've selected for your order cannot be changed once the order is placed.
No Rider Available
We understand the frustration of not being able to get a rider for your order. Common reasons for this delay include:
1) High demand in your area at the time of ordering
2) Traffic and weather conditions
3) Connectivity issues
Other than above, please report the issue immediately through the "Contact Us" page on the LiHO TEA App.
My Order is Cancelled
Outlet must fulfill your order. However, the outlet may cancel your order if the drink you've ordered is out of stock. If your payment has been deducted, please report to us immediately via LiHO TEA App's "Contact Us" page, your order will be refunded.
Missing Order
We apologize for the issues with your drink order. Please report the missing order immediately through the "Contact Us" page on the LiHO TEA App, and your payment will be refunded.
Order Not Received
If our delivery partner marked your order as delivered but did not show up, we understand your frustration. You should not be charged for this order. Please report the issue immediately through the "Contact Us" page on the LiHO TEA App. We will investigate the report, and if the driver is found to have violated our rules, we will take appropriate action.
Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
We apologize for the delay in your order. Our delivery partner are doing their best to deliver your drink as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time of arrival (ETA), please report it immediately through the "Contact Us" page on the LiHO TEA App. Delays may be due to traffic or other factors in our busy city. We appreciate your patience.
My order was marked delivered but I have yet to receive my order
If you haven't received your order but our delivery partner has completed the order status, please check if the drink is being dropped at the lobby or drop off point. Please report the issue immediately through the "Contact Us" page on the LiHO TEA App, we will investigate the report. In case your order is wrongly delivered, we'll help you to arrange for a refund.
The driver had already arrived at the store some time ago but had not picked up my drink yet?
Your drink may be in the process of being prepared. This can happened if you have a large order, or the store is experiencing a large volume of orders.
Can I file my report for missing / incorrect items after 24 hours?
No. For any issue with your order, such as missing/ incorrect items received, drink arrived on poor condition, spillage, and etc, please file your report within 24 hours upon receiving your order. This allow us to investigate and assess each case as fairly as possible.
If a refund is issued, where will the payment be refunded?
Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method used for the purchase. This means if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same credit card. If you use another payment method, the refund will be issued via that method.
