Do I need prior F&B experience?
Prior F&B experience is not compulsory. However, a strong business management background is helpful. LiHO TEA training, business system and support have developed successful LiHO TEA franchises.
What kind of training will I receive?
We have designed a comprehensive training programme for new LiHO TEA Franchisees. It includes field training in a LiHO TEA store. You will learn the essentials of store operations, crew management, financial management and marketing. The programme focus on proven methods and techniques that have helped many Franchisees to be successful.
How many people can I send and for how long?
LiHO TEA requires the Franchisee and up to 5 crews to complete 3 weeks training programme. Expenses incurred for transportation, food, lodging and employees’ salary will be borned by the Franchisee. The training provided is covered under Franchise Fee.
How do I find a location for my LiHO TEA store and will LiHO TEA assist in designing the store?
LiHO TEA will provide you with the critical guidelines for finding a successful location, but the primary responsibility for site selection is yours. However, we must approve the site that you selected. LiHO TEA will design, renovate and equipped the store for opening.
Am I required to purchase stock supplies from LiHO TEA?
LiHO TEA will provide a list of items required to purchase from us and nominal suppliers. There are detailed specifications which must be met to conform with LiHO TEA quality standards.                    Â
Will LiHO TEA help me with opening my store?
Yes. There are few details that must be covered during your opening. LiHO TEA will provide qualified professionals to visit your initial market development site prior to and during opening day to assist you with crew training, initial stock ordering, labour scheduling, opening and closing procedures and other critical areas or operations.
What ongoing support & training will be provided?
A Franchise Business Manager will be appointed to be the key point of contact for all queries, training, general support and ongoing operational needs.
How much money can I expect to make from a LiHO TEA franchise?
Profitability varies depending upon several factors, including sales, locations, occupancy and operation costs and the ability of the Franchisee to manage and control the business. LiHO TEA does not provide projections or pro forma statement. The payback period is generally around 18-36 months for our Malaysian Franchise Partners.
Will LiHO TEA finance the cost of franchise?
No. Each franchise owner will be responsible for obtaining his or her own financing. LiHO TEA does not lend to or guarantee the financing or leases of its franchise owners. We may refer you to financing providers on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it takes to get a LiHO TEA store opened?
It will take approximately 3 months from the time you execute a LiHO TEA Franchise Agreement to opening a store.
